Lead Generation Specialist Opportunity

Our newly established Canvassing team is looking to add Lead Generation Specialists! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to break into a Sales position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting door-to-door canvassing in residential areas to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Accurately record customer information and market data.
  • Altend leam meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
  • Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies Oaks and Graves.
  • Work independently while representing Oaks and Graves at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer engagement sales
  • A passion for interacting with people and explaining product benefits.
  • Strong persuasive and communication skills.
  • Enjoyment of outdoors work and engaging with homeowners.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Physically able to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and driving record that is approved on company insurance

Compensation Details:

  • Four weeks of paid training – $500/week
  • $150 per booked inspection
  • $150 weekly driving bonus
  • 1% commission of Project cost (paid monthly)
  • Additional bonus opportunities

Hours:

  • 11:30am-7:45pm Monday-Thursday
  • 11:30am-6:30pm Fridays
  • 2 Saturdays/month, 10am-4pm (Flex day during the weck)
  • 2 Monthly day trips to Syracuse (10am-9pm)
  • Targeted earnings are between 55k-70k. Commission/bonus-based pay
