Promotion, Preston Herrmann

Please take a minute to congratulate Preston Herrmann on his promotion to Appliance Sales Associate at Ben’s appliance!

Preston started with our team as a Sales and Management trainee in early March. If you’ve ever walked by or heard Preston while he’s on the phone, you know that he’s someone you want talking to our customers.

Preston is hard-working, possesses a fantastic attitude, top-notch customer service skills and has expressed interest in our Ben’s Appliance brand since he started with us. He has recently been a mentor to incoming new team members during his time working in the contact center and has made a strong impression on our team as Ben’s during his extended cross-training.
